I agree and acknowledge that I will not hold CANCOOP (Queen St Marketplace) and its members, staff, and event partners liable or responsible for any loss or damage including, not limited to theft vandalism, fire, water damage & weather.

I have read and fully understand that this application and the attached guidelines, terms and conditions shall become a legally binding contract if I am selected to participate and I agree to abide by and conform to the content and conditions.
