VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

Be independently owned and operated - handmade goods and vintage items.

Regional - Ontario businesses. 

 

 

FOOD ARTISANS &  FOOD VENDORS REQUIREMENTS

Comply with Toronto Public Health production standards and regulations.

If you are preparing food at the markets I will need a copy of the COI & food handler's certificate.

 

Market Fees are non-refundable 

Outdoor markets do not close due to weather or unexpected personal events, and Queen St Marketplace will go on rain or shine.

 

In the case of any Government mandated closure or events cancellation by the Province or City of Toronto, Vendors will be reschedule to the next available market date that works for the vendor.

 

Queen St Marketplace will not tolerate, ignore, or condone discrimination or harassment and is committed to promoting respectful conduct, tolerance and inclusion. 

 

All vendors are responsible for respecting the dignity and rights of other vendors and  the public.
